Copy Router Machine (with Side Conveyor Stand) Used to mill and drill lock holes, key holes, water drainage slots, pulley holes, handle grooves, and hinge slots in UPVC profiles with template-based precision. 5. End Milling Machine Used to mill the ends of UPVC profiles for proper fitting and joining of frame sections. Ensures precise end geometry for airtight and gap-free corner assembly.

6. Water Slot Milling Machine Cuts precise water drainage slots at the bottom of UPVC window and door frames — an essential feature to prevent water accumulation inside the profile cavity and ensure proper drainage during rains.

7. Bead Cutting Machine Used to cut glazing beads — the small locking strips that hold the glass pane inside the UPVC frame — to precise lengths for a perfect, rattle-free glass fit.
