It is used to drill, mill, and cut precise holes, slots, and grooves in aluminium and UPVC profiles — including lock holes, key holes, water drainage slots, pulley holes, hinge slots, handle grooves, and connector holes — which are absolutely essential for proper hardware fitting, jointing, and drainage in door and window fabrication.

The machine works on the copy routing principle — a pre-made template or jig is used as a reference, and the router bit follows the exact shape of the template and transfers it precisely onto the aluminium or UPVC profile.
