Equipped with 500mm TCT carbide blades, pneumatic horizontal and vertical clamping, spray mist lubrication, and roller conveyor profile support. Right head is movable — cutting length adjustable up to 4500mm. 

2. Four Head UPVC Corner Welding Machine The heart of UPVC window fabrication. Welds all four corners of a UPVC frame simultaneously in a single cycle using precisely controlled heat and pressure — producing a perfectly square, structurally strong, and airtight welded frame. Equipped with PLC control, digital temperature control, and pneumatic clamping for consistent weld quality on every frame regardless of operator skill level.

3. UPVC Corner Cleaning Machine Removes excess weld flash from all four corners of the welded UPVC frame — producing a smooth, clean, factory-finish corner joint. Available in manual and CNC automatic versions. The CNC version cleans all four corners automatically — ideal for high-volume production plants demanding consistently flawless finish on every frame.

4. Portable Copy Router Machine for UPVC — With Bosch Router Mills and drills lock holes, key holes, water drainage slots, handle grooves, hinge slots, espagnolette holes, and pulley holes in UPVC profiles. Powered by genuine Bosch GOF 130 Router Motor — 1300W, 28,000 RPM — delivering clean, burr-free, and accurate cuts. Works on copy pin and aluminium template principle for identical, repeatable results. Supplied complete with heavy-duty MS side conveyor support stand for stable handling of long profiles.

5. Copy Router Machine for Aluminium Profiles — With Side Conveyor Stand Dedicated copy router optimized for aluminium profiles. Processes lock holes, key holes, water slots, pulley holes, hinge slots, handle grooves, and connector holes with X & Y axis precision. Supplied complete with side roller conveyor stand for safe and accurate handling of long aluminium profiles during all routing operations.

6. End Milling Machine Mills the ends of UPVC and aluminium profiles for precise fitting and airtight corner joining. Ensures exact end geometry — critical for producing gap-free, professional-quality corner assemblies in both UPVC and aluminium windows and doors.

7. Water Slot Milling Machine Cuts precise water drainage slots at the bottom of UPVC window and door.
